How do owner statements work?+

Pick a property and a period. The statement lists rent received, your management fee, maintenance charged to the owner and the net amount payable, and can be printed or saved as a PDF.

Will I be reminded when a lease is ending?+

Yes. Leases ending within 90 days, rent due in the next 30 days and urgent maintenance appear on the Property overview.
